We are a Canadian company, and ship from multiple Canadian warehouses (Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal), along with some American warehouses. Most orders are delivered within 1-5 business days. We ship with both Canada Post and FedEx (although on occasion when shipping through partner distributors we may use UPS & Purolator). We try our best to honor your shipping requests to the best of our abilities, please email us for special requests.
We try to ship most items within 24 hours, however it is not always possible. If you have an upcoming install or deadline please email email@example.com to confirm ship times and availability, our online inventory is not updated in real time.
* Orders (for in stock items) placed after 2pm will not ship until the next business day, we do not ship on weekends.
Please note that orders shipping to PO Boxes are subject to possible delays. This is because ONLY Canada Post can ship to a PO BOX. Our Suppliers do not ship with Canada Post (and cannot drop-ship to PO Boxes) therefore all PO Box orders must first stop at our Montreal Office and be reshipped with Canada Post.
DeployDepot.ca offers $10 Shipping for Quebec/Ontario Metropolitan Areas and $14.99 Flat Rate Ground Shipping for the rest of Canada's Major Metropolitan Areas (* Not including remote postal codes). Please note that Flat Rate Shipping does not guarantee delivery times (though typically it will be between 1-5 business days) along with Canada Post and Fedex options at checkout.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, that cannot be shipped to international destinations.
For American customers: We ship your orders directly from our American Warehouses/Suppliers (Plantronics, Jabra, Ubiquiti, etc) to your American address. No duty/brokerage fees to worry about!
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of the items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
- Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
- Unclaimed packages that are returned to sender (deploydepot.ca or one of our distributors) will be subject to a restocking fee equivalent of the cost of the original shipping charge and the return shipping charge. We provide tracking numbers for each shipment (sent via email - please check your JUNK folder if you do not receive tracking emails in your main inbox) and it is the customers responsibility to track their package and coordinate pickups in the case of missed courier deliveries.
- Requests to "leave the package on the doorstep" will be ignored (except for very low value items), as these packages will always require a signature to protect your shipment, and avoid claims of undelivered/stolen goods.
- Orders with mis-matching billing and delivery addresses may be delayed or cancelled. To ensure the fastest processing/shipping of your order please use the same billing/shipping address.
MONTREAL AREA - PICKUP
Order Pickup is available - Please wait for us to contact you with the address after the order is placed, customers MUST reply to this email and confirm a pickup time, or else they run the risk of nobody being available to meet them (We will not be held responsible for this. Nor will we offer free shipping if you do not follow our scheduled pickup instructions). Please do not show up without an appointment, we are an E-Commerce Store, and do not have a walk-in retail location. We offer Pickup and Pay on Pickup, Services that most of our competition do NOT offer (for our product line), so please do your best to work together with us, thank you. Please note that we are closed for pickups on weekends, but we try our best to accommodate all pickup requests.
Regular Pickup hours are Monday to Friday between 9am-6pm. If you would like to request a pickup time (either before or after placing your order) please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you
