1.44kVA/1.1kW/120V Long-Term Battery Backup for Network Closets and Small Data Centers This 5P rack-mount line-interactive UPS system is an efficient "set it and forget it" solution, providing reliable battery backup for small business, education, retail, financial or healthcare networking components, including servers, VoIP phones, data storage and PoE switches. The 5P1500R-L protects connected devices by providing 20 percent more wattage compared to traditional UPS systems. Reliable Battery Backup Keeps You Operational Through Power Outages The maintenance-free lithium-ion battery modules have a service life up to eight years to align with your IT refresh cycle. They allow you to work through short power failures and give you enough time to safely save files and shut down your system in case of a prolonged blackout. They also recharge in just 6 to 8 hours following power disruptions to reduce vulnerability and improve uptime. On-board battery management system (BMS) monitoring of battery performance, charge cycles and active temperature provides advanced notice when batteries need replacing. Optional Gigabit Network Interface Offers 24/7 Remote Access The NETWORK-M2 Gigabit network card (sold separately) enables full remote configuration and management, including load shedding, reboots of connected equipment and safe shutdowns. UPS firmware can also be flashed remotely through the NETWORK-M2 without dropping the load, so you don't have to plan for downtime. The card meets both UL 2900-1 and IEC 62443-4-2 standards for cybersecurity, which were developed to address the vulnerability of connected devices to known malware/exploits and to protect business from these risks. An optional Environmental Monitoring Probe Gen 2 (EMPDT1H1C2, sold separately) provides a variety of environmental monitoring capabilities, including temperature and humidity conditions. NEMA 5-15R Outlets Protect Your Connected Components Five managed 5-15R outlets provide connected equipment with pure sine wave AC output and allow you to monitor power consumption down to the outlet group level. Three outlets are grouped into two load banks that let you shed non-critical loads to extend runtime for critical loads.
